We love the private hot spring inside our room. It is super comfortable and we can enjoy it anytime throughout the day. The room is spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you come with car, this is a perfect location for stay. We really love this place.

This boutique hotel was a gift. Yes it's gorgeous, perched on the side of the mountain with stunning views and luxury accom like having your own onsen but it was the staff who really made it outstanding....Maria, Tui and everyone else were incredibly responsive and helpful...not only when due to train changes, we were 2 hours late arriving (the kitchen staff held our dinner) but also when we left a phone with our JR passes in the taxi. (which we were able to recover!!!)

We loved our stay, the room was outstanding with an amazing view. The Chef was from a different planet, both the breakfast and dinner were exceptional and exceeded all expectations, a gem! The room was extremely large and comfortable. Very clean and well equipped. The bathroom was especially spacious with a spa bath. Views were also good due to the position of the hotel.

Room was very clean. And the hotel provided free coffee/tea available at the reception area, plus frozen food bentos. We got the room right next to the check-in area, but this meant no stairs, which made carrying the luggage easy. Ample parking available. There is a family mart right next to the hotel, which made it convenient to get snacks or breakfast. A microwave was available in the room.
