Very nice new small hotel. The room was decent size with Japanese standards. Very nice design, a lot of light wood. Good location, walking distance to the station( if you can roll your bag), walking distance to the samurai district. Nice small restaurants around. The staff was very welcoming, they offer free udon in the evening, all drinks in the room are free including beer. They gave us a small goody bag with sweets at the checkout. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was well designed and thought out. Bonus was having a washing/dryer machine inside your own room which kept running even after removing room key. No need to waste your day waiting for it to finish.

Location was excellent. Quality of the room was exceptional - modern, clean, spacious. Amazing shower. Nice to have a coffee machine free of charge at reception area. Staff were extremely helpful.
