The onsen was totally Japanese in style and attention to detail, very relaxing and with a staff dedicated to providing the best service. They were attentive and helpful. The room was a very nice size, came with a terrace overlooking the river. Service was excellent. The driver was waiting for us at the train station (we had communicated with the hotel on our arrival time). The waitress who tended to us for our meals was very friendly and made small talk with us. When we left, the driver even dropped us off at the car rental shop. Onsen was very relaxing. From the moment we stepped in until the bus driver dropped us back at the train station, the staff has been nothing but exceptional. Friendly, warm, accomodating, Japanese customer care at its best. The hotel is much bigger then it looks from outside and it’s got one of the most beautiful interior designs I’ve seen in a long time, very nice vibe inside.
