Very clean and wonderful facilities, the pillows were so comfortable, staff were excellent the breakfast was delicious, very close to Osaka Station. The gym was fully equipped with weights machines and cardio equipment. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by

The location was very good- close enough to a subway station that it was not too bad to walk to, even in July heat. The room was big enough, especially when travelling alone, and had good air conditioning. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Very nice hotel near Osaka Umeda Station. Everything clean and well equipped. Big room with a lot of facilities and a smart tv that you could connect to your phone. The staff was very friendly and helpful. 100% recommended. We’ll repeat.

Great value hotel, spacy rooms (for Japan), clean, very close to Shin Osaka station. Very decent breakfast, though canteen could use more space and one more coffee machine. TV is not smart but you can get hdmi-usb cable at reception to connect your smartphone.
