Very impressed with the peace memorial , museum and surrounds. Walking distance between all sights. Easy to walk to sights , lots of great places to eat and shop. So much better value than Tokyo or Osaka Great place to spend a day at Miyajima and return to. Very happy we spent two days here . The city is clean, tidy and well laid out.
The city is clean, tidy and well laid out. There is a lot to see and places to visit. It was easy to get around and everyone we came in contact with was helpful and kind. The Peace Park and the Museum are a must to visit. The whole area has a great sense of calmness. Miyajuma Island is well worth a visit. It's beautiful and only took 45 to get there on a ferry from the Peace Park. Lots of places to eat and soak up the surroundings.Guest review byPaulUnited Kingdom
