    The politeness of some of the waiters is whati like most, this was commendable. Initially we where given a room on the 4th building nono my mom is old and my other guest, but customer service sorted it immediately the next day

    Amazing!so many places to go and things to do.

    Amazing!so many places to go and things to do. The local people were kind and friendly. There was no incident of violence or aggression throughout our stay. So many restaurants, well kept beaches and rivers. The streets were always clean. Traffic reasonable.

    Wonderful place.

    Wonderful place. We enjoyed everything about it (find the little gem which is the natural mineral pool - so refreshing!). The staff are wonderful -- friendly, helpful and attentive. The singing chef making our eggs at breakfast is a superstar! As a place to chill out and have some 'us time' it was perfect. Highly recommend it.

    Ochi Rios typical tourist location in Jamaica where...

    Ochi Rios typical tourist location in Jamaica where specific populations are served. There are hidden gems to be found but you have to search them out. Insiders stay up in the hills above Ochi and drive down. The toll road is not far so you can explore other parts of the island. It’s not a bad staging point and there is lots to do if you wish to be active. A good staging point for adventurers further afield.

    Perfectly located for people who would love to enjoy the beauty of Jamaica with easy access to locations like Dunns River Falls, Dolphin Cove, Blue Hole just to name a few. A visit to Blue Hole is strongly recommended we had a wonderful time there and had a great meal at Scotchies the jerk pork, jerk chicken and roast fish were awesome

    Book your own excursions although they give you 500 for resort items. Don’t book your stay through booking.com that cost you 64 dollars round trip per person from the airport it’s included with a direct reservation

    The secluded hotel on the Beach. This overlooked the sea and a fantastic beach bar a 30 second walk away. Waves crashing sound all Night was blissful even heard with the doors shut. The breakfast was reasonable and the lunch and dinner we ordered were also very good especially the lobster. Free use of paddle boards and the reception had sun creams, insect repellent and mask and snorkels you can use. The staff were very friendly and it was so beautiful.

    Jo & Rita are the most warm, welcoming and loveable couple that we have ever had the pleasure of staying with. We will most definitely be visiting Jamaica again, simply on account of our stay with them. They have made us want to return to Jamaica again and spend more time with them. They ensured we had a lovely breakfast every morning with fresh coffee and took us to some spots we would never have found without them.

    I loved it all, let me tell you! it is a great experience, just don't even think no more just go ahead and book this hotel!!!! I wish I knew the name of the lady who kept refilling our cup and was just looking out for us the entire time she was so sweet and the lady at the bar next to the sports bar I should've got her name she was such a vibe. man, I didn't want to leave going back to Jamaica in August so excited

    Spotlessly clean throughout the property. Best restaurant in Ocho Rios by far. Excellent value for the price paid. Terrific, kind and helpful staff from the front desk to the groundskeepers. I look forward to returning to Hibiscus!
