It was one of the best accommodations we've stayed in! Very quiet, close (30 min) to main chairlifts to SellaRonda - Canazei and Campitello di Fasa, but also got the chance to ski around and get to a perfect view at Laurin Lounge. The cleaning was excellent and breakfast&coffee was perfect, cannot get enough of the cakes and fresh omlette every morning. Loved the girl who made the coffees. Loved every small detail - refreshing water, fruits and tea. Loved the spa/sauna and that we could dry our ski equipment. Loved the 2 pizzerias around and also the restaurants/hutte nearby. Hope we can find free rooms next year so we can come back :)

We planned to use this hotel as a base to do some of the mountain passes however it snowed and we stayed in at the hotel and made use of the spa. It was fabulous. Lovely pool and beds to look out over the mountains. Erica was fab with my massage. The outdoor pool opened at 1 pm and oh my! It was heated and you could just see the snow on the mountains! Breakfast was amazing with freshly squeezed orange juice from oranges in a machine. We were also half board here which was a good idea as there aren't really any proper restaurants in area. There are some bars serving food. Dinner was a buffet starter, then a starter,then a main and dessert. Of particular mention should be Samuele who was very helpful and friendly. As was the lovely girl on reception who is learning English.

The location is perfect. The food was in abundance. Breakfast buffet, afternoon tea, and a 3-course dinner. The food is so so good. All the meats were delicious, cured and cooked. Best cured meats I've ever had. The dinners were pretty special, different every night and with different themes. Afternoon tea is a bit of a treat, especially for the kids if they're allowed sweet things. There were fruits, sandwhiches, donuts, crepes, a chocolate fountain, pastries. The staff were awesome, kind, friendly, attentive and incredible with kids. We booked the Scoiattolo suite which was very comfortable for us, fun for the kids. Lovely views to the mountain and a big balcony to get some fresh air.

Perfect position, a few minutes walk from the city center. The room was clean and big, the person at the reception was even so nice to give us a bigger room since we came by motorbike and had all the stuff for that with us. They even let us park the motorbikes in the garage. The breakfast was very good. All in all, highly recommended.

We stayed at Dolomites Room and Breakfast Formiè and absolutely loved it. The place is modern, everything is new and spotlessly clean. The underground parking right under the building was very convenient. The staff was super friendly – the girls were always smiling, helpful, and welcoming. Breakfast was really good – maybe not a huge selection, but definitely enough to feel full and satisfied. The coffee was excellent! We also tried dinner at the property, and it was very tasty as well. Overall, we had a great stay – clean, comfortable, friendly atmosphere, and a perfect location. We highly recommend this place and would gladly come back!

The location is fantastic with the overall Funes valley view. It’s a loft for our room with 4 people to live. Very nice balcony view. Compared with the price,it’s amazing. We stayed there for 2 nights. You can even walk to the several scenic spots.Parking is just outside of the house under a shed.

Brilliant base for summer hiking.

Brilliant base for summer hiking. We did a three day hike, taking a taxi from Vigo to Fie/Vols, on the other side of the mountains (cost €130 for 4). Staying in a hotel in Vigo allows you to come and go between stays in mountain refuges. Next time we come, we will try to do a Via Ferrata from a refuge to get on top of one of the high peaks.

Property was quite spacious, well equipped and clean. Only two bathrooms might be insufficient for 8-10 people but it was known from before as properly mentioned in the description. The location within the village of Vigo is very good - up to 5 minutes walk from centre, buss stop for the valley and Bolzano and a large supermarket. Host (we never met in person) was helpful, although a bit slow in answering. The mountain need no recommendation of course, but is is probably worth saying that Vigo appears to be quite a good location for trips in various directions - using bus or car for 15-25 minutes before the hiking. We did no biking but there are very good opportunities for this as well.

Perfectly located in the midst of the Dolomiti Superski area. Local ski area is great. Several great ski area's at short distance. Sella Ronda, Pozza di Fassa, San Pellegrino, Ciampedie, Carezza, to name a few. Vigo has some great restaurants as well, catering for everyone's needs and wishes.

Such a cosy hotel with exceptionaly friendly but professional staff! The location was great to visit other places. The food was exceptional! Lots of parking outside and inside the garages! The hotel has an excellent heating system, and we were warm all the time in the room and throughout the hotel. Swiming pool, big water slide for kids, jacuzzi, spa, and sauna all great, and we had lots of fun. We are coming back to this hotel soon. Big regards and thanks to: Boris, Bora, Pera, Marco, Gaia , Giada, Edo (all lovely hotel staff)

It is an old hotel with a history. The room we had was with a great balcony fronted to mountains. It was spacious, with plenty of space and storage. The SPA wellness is a brand new and just GREAT. It has a pool and 3 saunas (classic finnish dry sauna with a mountain view, sauna 60 temperature/60 humidity and steam sauna). The food is AMAZING and the selection is extremely wide.

I loved absolutely everything. The staff was very friendly, very clean and new hotel, with room for skii and e-bikes and private garage. The room was much more than we expected. Very comfy beds, clean room and nice view from the balcony. Breakfast was good and loved that the staff was making coffees and cappuccinos. For sure we will come back.

Amazing!! We loved the hotel and will definitely come back. The room was huge and super clean! The parking spot was nice and convenient. The ski storage room was spacious and well-organized. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Check-in was smooth, and the directions to the hotel were clear. The coffee at breakfast was excellent!
