The owners were very friendly and helpful, met us on arrival and guided us to our parking spot as well as giving us advice on local places to eat during an Italian Bank Holiday. The B&B has been tastefully renovated, preserving its original features whilst providing modern conveniences. As the name suggests one of the owners is an artist and has contributed a lot to the cosy feel and decor. The buffet style breakfast had a good choice and the sitting room a cosy warm atmosphere. The village itself is extremely picturesque and is indeed a hidden gem in this part of Italy.

Everything was amazing. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are excellent, there was attention to detail in regards to everything. The restaurant is the show stopper. Food is amazing and the building itself is stunning. Staff are very welcoming, you definitely get the sense that you’re in a luxury chalet being in the heart of the Zenga Oasis

Everything ! Our accommodation was an aþic room , beautifully furnished with a wet room, bathroom a sauna and the most comfortable round bed. The attention to detail was perfect. The breakfast was amazing with the aromas of freshly made traditonal cakes hitting you before you sat down . The girls and everyone are wonderful ❤️ Thank you for a great six days.

The place is truly outstanding. It is as remote as it can get, embedded in nature, high up in the mountains and providing direct access to hiking trails. The food and wine selection is outstanding, breakfast as well. The place is a bit costly but the price is justified by the excellent quality of the food and accomodation.

I stayed at Johan's place for 3 weeks in total and it was just perfect. It doesn't get much better than this when booking home away from home. Modern apartment in a tiny village on the hill. Fast internet allowed me to work and have video calls everyday. Well equipped with all kitchen objects you need, long shelf food, washing machine and dryer, linens, candles, everything! It's spotless clean, perfectly located with an breathtaking view from the windows. Waking up to the sunrise over mountains, you got it. Apartment is tucked in on the quiet street, in the mountainous village, with authentic & kindest people. You can also get there by one bus from Biella and walk to get your groceries in the nearby village of Miagliano, or Andorno Cacciorna. If you go up the hill, you quickly reach the hiking trail taking you to Monte Cucco (1515m) and then higher peaks in the area. For more advanced hikers, there's also a trail that leads to Santuario Oropa. Communication with Johan was a pleasure and reassuring, beyond of what I was expecting. Just book the apartment and you won't regret it! Thank you for everything Johan and I wish you all the luck!
