Palau is the perfect place to stay if you want to explore the Costa Smeralda. Its not too large and has a very friendly athmosphere. There is a beautiful beach really close to the apartment and there are so many great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and a lovely Gelato shop all near the marina. There is a ferry that goes back and forth all day to Maddelena Island which is beautiful. You can either go on foot or take the car. We travelled all along the coast and found numerous wonderful beaches and stunning marinas. We would definitely stay there againGuest review bysueUnited Kingdom

The room was adequate even though it was on the smaller side. The bed and linens were very good and the bathroom was large for the size of the room. The room and decor are very basic and of the style you may expect in the Greek Islands eg. white wash walls and blue trim. Breakfast was a good continental style breakfast.
