The hotel was beautiful, with amazing views across Lake Garda. You really couldn't wish for a better location in terms of the surroundings. But what made the stay extra special for us were the staff. Without question the best service I have received anywhere I have visited. Too often, I have stayed at hotels where the staff are too formal, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Here, the staff are super-professional and efficient, but also relaxed, easy going, and really keen to talk to guests. We got to know some of the staff members over the 4 days we were there, and more than anything, they left the biggest impression. Thank you to all of you for making our stay so exceptional. I hope you are all there when we return again in the future. In terms of facilities, the hotel has covered everything. Decent gym, great spa and relaxation area, 2 excellent pools and a nice bar area with a terrace that looks out over the lake. Wow! The rooms are really lovely, ultra-clean, modern and very comfortable. We made good use of the electric bicycle hire and spent a lot of time exploring the area. Torri Del Benaco isn't far away. It's a fun, downhill bike ride, or a walk, which didn't take us long. The hotel can arrange taxis etc if needed, but we chose to find our own way. We visited a few of the local towns and villages in the area and we found Torri to be the nicest. It was slightly quieter than the other places we visited, and with lots of great restaurants and cafes. Everywhere was incredibly clean and well-kept, which we are not used to living in the UK! We ate in the hotel's restaurant on the first night, and although the food was excellent, there wasn't very much of it. We left feeling quite hungry. As the main target market is likely to be Italian, German and British, it is worth knowing that all 3 of these nations love their food! Tiny portions might look pretty on the plate, but they aren't very satisfying to eat.

An amazing stay. The owners and staff were incredibly nice, and made us feel very welcome - in a warm and natural way. They were clearly committed to provide the best possible service, and very much succeeded in doing so, but without the somewhat distant attitude that sometimes accompanies the welcome in some establishments. Here, one felt more like as if one was visiting good friends (who were lucky enough to have some marvellous guest rooms). Breakfast and dinner were really delicious, and we very much enjoyed the live music entertainment on the Wednesday. We really appreciated the design and quality of the rooms, as well as the restaurant and pool area. The place was calm and discretely “hidden away” from the nearby hustle and bustle of town. It kind of felt like a secret garden and somewhat reminded me of a riad. Absolutely lovely two night stay. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely! Here's the adjusted version: We had an incredible Christmas stay at this 4-star hotel from December 24th to 26th with my beloved wife and daughter. The friendly staff, luxurious spa, and exceptional healing massage were bonuses, and unbelievably, everything was complimentary. The hotel facilities truly exceeded the standards of a 5-star hotel, with perfection in cleanliness and sophistication. The diverse and top-notch breakfast, along with the impeccable service, made our Christmas vacation unforgettable. It was such a nice place to stay! I really loved the appartment, it was very big and spacious, the kitchen had all nessasary stuff, the bed was very comfortable. Garda lake was just in front of the hotel! The owner and his friend were AMAZING! They helped us with everything, gave us bicycles, made us a present on the day of check out! Highly reccomend this place!

Everything was spectacular. The staff was kind and polite. Food was perfect. Environment was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The room was big, clean, comfortable, renovated.
