I had to travel to Bolzano for work. I booked this hotel last minute (little reviews, found out they are new to booking as the new owners just took over and are revamping an old hotel) but was surprised to find it peaceful and relaxing. Big parking space on its premises, I had a room with views of the mountain and could relax during my time there... I will say, not a fancy modern hotel but closer to your local mountain experience... I liked it!

The manager was lovely and went above and beyond to help us when our flight was delayed and we struggled to reach the hotel. He stayed up to let us check in at midnight and even offered to collect us from the train station if we needed it. Beds very cosy and breakfast was fresh and plenty. Lovely and warm in the winter.

This is my third stay at the Hotel Elefant and every time has been either cycling too Italy from the UK or from Italy to the UK. It has always been a perfect stay as well. This time we were 3 long distance cyclists riding from the UK to Italy. Very friendly welcome from the young receptionist. Very comfortable large room in the annexe which I recommend because it is very quiet. Very good, busy restaurant with a very good fixed price menu. Good breakfast and very good, very secure bike storage with electric power sockets and a workshop pump. Highly recommended and I will stay here again. In fact this stay was was even better than my last two stays.

Words cannot describe how comfortable was our stay!!! Hotel located in green winery area surrounded by mountains that you can see in a distance! The owner is absolutely amazing person! Hotel has everything you need for romantic or just relaxing stay: private car garage, pools, sauna, gym! 3 minutes walking distance they have a restaurant which serves variable dishes!!! Lovely atmosphere!!! The best stay we had ever so far!!! We travel a lot! Thank you ☺️

    A cute boutique hotel with a lovely interior, delicious breakfast in a beautiful hotel garden and a short car ride away from the attractions of the Italian Dolomites. The check-in was smooth and easy, there is a nice live music bar in the hotel lobby. We found everything we needed in the room, it was clean and tidy. We parked our car by the hotel which was convenient.

    Is it a small cozy hotel with many small rooms. We had have board which is recommended since they have good chefs. Garden bbq with live music was perfect and the whole staff put a great efford into this. Drinks served in the garden. Brand new airconditioning that is realy whisper quite. Als brand new was the charging station for electric vehicles.. worked perfect.

    Convenient location off the motorway in a quaint Tyrolean village. Parking was free. Hotel is well kept and the staff are delightful. Rooms are air conditioned - which is definitely appreciated considering when we were travelling. Would definitely stay here again with my family of six.

    Nice, calm hotel. The staff was friendly. We requested vegan options for breakfast, and they baked really good vegan cookies for us, and offered even oatmilk and soy yogurt.
