    We found Metaponto a peculiar town, but do not regret having visit it. The reason for our visit was that said town is the town in which Pythagoras died. Presumably everyone's travels are individually motivated. In our case the hotel we picked suited best our visit to Metaponto. We definitely recommend the hotel, and the visit to Metaponto, we leave everyone to decide for oneself.

    Excellent value hotel with restaurant beside the highway - perfect for an overnight stay on a longer trip. Free parking outside. Good soundproofing in rooms. The included continental breakfast was simple with delicious fresh seasonal fruit, choice of fresh local breakfast cakes & excellent coffee. Dinner was regional, tasty, prompt and good value. Friendly service. Hand held shower. Plastic stool in bathroom. Stair free access to hotel and rooms. Would stay again.

    The station is some way from the hotel but we were taken there and back by the owner. Franco was very helpful with everything. Our room, in a nearby annexe was basic but spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony. A good breakfast was provided each morning in their restaurant and we also ate there in the evening as there wasn't much else around. It was a great, restful stay. The beach was quite close by.

    Close to the beach. Restaurant located at hotel. Giuseppe and Orazio at the front desk were very welcoming and personable. Vito working in the restaurant was very friendly and attentive.
