We did not meet the owner, but communication with him was easy. After he opens main door and door of your apartment there is card inside that you use as a key for both doors. We had breakfast in a place nearby (you get voucher card for it), you also have nice restaurants there but don't forget to make a reservation before as we did, especially on weekends. Communication with Massimo and Bruna prior to our visit was excellent. During our stay, Bruna did an amazing job looking after us. This historic building is unique and it was a pleasure having the opportunity to stay in it. Lucignano is a beautiful town situated in stunning countryside.
