Even arriving late at night from the airport, someone was there to greet us and personally escort us to our room. They specially provided hot water for our room. The next day, when our car had issues, they enthusiastically helped us communicate with the repair company. Throughout our stay, they were incredibly warm and kind, providing tremendous assistance for our trip. Wishing you all the best in your business!

Seldom have I so enjoyed a hotel this much. First - quiet setting overlooking the river to Brivio with stunning views from every floor. Second - restful gardens to relax in. Third - excellent restaurant at waters edge with beautifully presented tasty food and a good menu. Fourth - spacious room, spacious bathroom and excellent toiletries. Honestly, it was a haven after a very busy 2month holiday.

The staff could not have been more helpful - very friendly and approachable Hotel decor was beautiful with art and furniture thoughtfully placed throughout The pool and surrounding areas were immaculate and sunbeds (and towels) readily available Food at the pool bar was plentiful and delicious Transfers to and from airport were excellent as was the driver who was just lovely!
