    We really enjoyed visiting the monastery and the village...

    We really enjoyed visiting the monastery and the village itself. We had a wonderful dinner at Il Nino del Corvo. The family that run the restaurant are so warm and welcoming. The village square is looked over by the church and surrounded by such pretty homes. We look forward to trying other places to eat there the next time we visit. The scenery is spectacular!

    Extremely pleasant welcome from lovely hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we could enjoy dinner in the town of Greccio. As we stopped here on our pilgrimage we did not have a car and they not only arranged a ride for us but also made sure the restaurant opened early. The interior of the apartment is brand new and very clean.

    This is a very nice place located at the slopes of one of the ranges of Apennines with easy access to local hiking trails. It is a short walk to Sanctuary or village of Greccio. Serenity House has a balcony with an amazing view over Riety Valley and Reatini Mts. Perfect place to rest and relax.

    Great old building from the 1600’s. This place has atmosphere and charm in buckets; just don’t expect ultra modern. We love this type of hotel, and Paolo, the proprietor is a good guy. He reserved a table for us at the best place in town- don’t miss this restaurant!
