What really made the stay memorable was the staff. The front desk team was efficient during check-in and genuinely friendly rather than rehearsed. As well the servers at the restaurant and bar tenders in the lounge, they take pride in knowing their guests, and made us feel like we were the most important guests at the hotel. When I asked about local restaurants, the concierge provided recommendations tailored to my preferences instead of just handing me a generic list. This hotel manages to balance charm and functionality while employing people who seem to actually enjoy their jobs. I'd happily return on my next visit to the area.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

    Had a wonderful stay at Garibaldi House in Desio. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped with everything one might need, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

    The hotel is located downtown and it is close to the main amenities of the city. The train station is 15 minutes away walking. The personnel is very kind: it is possible to do the check-in only from 2 PM. I arrived earlier and I asked if it was possible to have the room sooner. The staff was able to give me the room at 11 AM. The bed was comfortable.

    The hotel is a little far from the center of Milan, but public transport is excellent and cheap, so in 30 minutes you are in the center. It's really worth the value for money. Not to mention that the accommodation is very good, delicious breakfast and helpful staff.
