The location could not have been better. A truly beautiful hotel with wonderful extremely helpful hosts keen to make you feel st home. The shared living rooms and bar were magnificent and breakfast abundant and delicious.

My experience at the Gagliardi Hotel has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the hotel's perfect central location in Noto. I had the pleasure of staying in a junior suite, and it exceeded all expectations. The attention to detail in the design and decor was remarkable, creating a space that perfectly balanced luxury with comfort. The aesthetic was beautifully curated, and the spaciousness of the suite made it feel like a true retreat. The breakfast service deserves special mention, offering a fantastic start to each day with its exceptional quality and variety. However, what truly sets the Gagliardi Hotel apart is its outstanding staff member Marco. In my experience, customer service remains the cornerstone of any exceptional hotel stay, and Marco exemplifies this perfectly. His dedication to ensuring guests have the best possible experience is remarkable. Whether I needed assistance with restaurant bookings, local recommendations, or transportation arrangements, Marco was consistently helpful, kind, and supremely attentive. My wife and I stayed 3 nights at Hotel Porta Reale in Noto, and I want to start by saying that it was one of our better experiences with a hotel in Sicily and not just! The hotel is located on the main pedestrian street, steps away from Porta Reale, hence the name. We booked an entire apartment which apparently was apart from the main building and somewhat hard to get to for people with accessibilty issues, like myself. We turned to the front desk which immediately agreed to change our room. The breakfast was excellent and rich. The hospitality in its entirety was more than perfect. Noto is beutiful and I would definitely recommend to visit Noto and stay at Hotel Porta Reale. Special thanks to Natalia, Neomi and Dario which went really out of their way to assist in every possible manner throughout our stay.

We had a lovely room with a balcony, a view of the garden and distant views of the sea. The hotel was very quiet and had a great plunge pool in which to cool off after a hot day's sightseeing. The sandy beach was only across a road at the end of the garden. Breakfast was a buffet of savoury and sweet items, including cereal, fruit, bread, cheese and ham. We went out for dinner to one of three nearby restaurants which were reasonably priced but there was an option to go into Noto on a shuttle bus.

We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. The breakfast was superb with an incredible choice of fresh fruit salad, savoury and pastries of all kinds as well as freshly made cake such as almond cake, The home made jams also included a quince jelly. We had an excellent 3 course dinner on four nights the highlights being the orechiette and pesce spada.

The property is basically brand-new and well-maintained, clean and well laid out. On Check In we were upgraded to a superior room which was well appreciated! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and looked after us very much, in particular the bar staff, Andrea and his colleagues were particularly friendly and had a great chat, I would recommend staying here in the future!

A modern design, but no over the top, this place fits perfectly in the surroundings. The two pools are amazing and offer a tranquil vibe. The rooms are spacious and well designed.
