Everything is exceptional. Beautiful interior, awesome location, fantastic food. The hotel team is very caring and going out of their ways to accommodate the guests - starting from the reception desk, to the restaurant and cleaning. The parking host went an extra mile today to help us when we were struggling to enter the location of the next destination of our journey after Bologna - we were so surprised and happy to find him double-checking on us at the point we were already frustrated in the car and figure it out! The room was so clean. Towels, pillows, sheets all clean. Staff was veeeery helpful. The lady making our check in recommended us some good restaurants and a quick guide of the city. I would recommend the executive king size room. It provides a larger area with a small extra fee. Drinks and food are a little bit expensive compared to other places nearby, but the same as other hotels i guess. They give you a discount for the next stay at social hub. We are searching for other social hubs at different cities.

Wonderful Hotel! Room was extremely clean, well equipped with a great hairdryer, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner. The bed was comfortable, the room was cozy and big. Also, the breakfast was amazing. Many options of fruits, homemade bread, eggs, ham and cheese, crostata, coffee, amazing juices and, for me, the best thing was the cornetto, which was different from every other hotel i’ve been to in Italy, extremely delicious and seemed to have been baked that day. Would 100% recommend.

Everything! We loved this place. The rooms were spacious, clean and cosy! The personnel was amazing. They kindly let us drop our backpacks for a comfortable last walk in Bologna. The hotel is in the historical centre. We thank you very much! The bathrooms despite being for common use were exceptionally clean and very goos smelling. They had a very generous breakfast of pastries and coffee.
