Bad experience with the Bakkaflöt Guesthouse.
Bad experience with the Bakkaflöt Guesthouse. We updated our arrival time, but the hotel did not give a reply. During check in, we showed our reservation letter to a elder staff, but she said no:( and was not friendly. They did also not inform us gate will be closed and the room key can't open the gate!. Because of puncture, we came back to the hotel around 1 o'clock in the morning and the gate was closed. We have to call the staff. Fortunately, that elder staff came to open the gate, but she seemed unhappy and blamed us when we check out.Guest review byLMH92Denmark - 10.0
It’s perfect for a family trip around Iceland.
It’s perfect for a family trip around Iceland. We stay here for five nights. While we were here we rested from our trip around the South. The host welcomed us personally, was very friendly and showed us around. The rooms are beautifully designed, everything looks new and modern. We really appreciated the shared kitchen, which is only shared by three parties so we mostly had it to ourselves. It is equipped with all the appliances you need for breakfast or a simple dinner. The views are also fantastic and the surrounding area is very quiet. The Glaumbaer Museum is nearby and we would recommend to visit it as well.Guest review byEvaGermany
