It was a great little guest house, very cozy and well out into the country. The shared spaces were comfortable and it was nice to be away from the city for a night. Akranes is one of our favorite day trips from Reykjavík and there is lots to enjoy in that small town, this is a lovely place with great beaches, an amazing light house (singing or playing an instrument in the lighthouse is amazing! be sure to try it even if you don't sing well!) This was a very cozy stop.

An amazing hotel for our last night in iceland. This is exactly what you need after exploring the island. We had spa access which I 💯 recommend. Absolutely beautiful hotel. The only down side is that parking isn’t free (p2) you have to pay till 9pm and stet paying again at 10am. It didn’t cost us a lot of money because we only stayed one night and left early for our flight so we skipped breakfast. There was construction work next to us - I didn’t hear anything. We walked to town and left the car in the parking space since it’s cheaper than p1

Exellent Hotel in great center location , many restaurants and shops near by in short walking distance. Warmly welcome upon arrival by Reception staff who is very friendly, efficient and helpfull!!! Very attentive and supportive service by Front Office staff, very appreciated!!! We would choose Radisson Blu Hotel again on our next visit to Reykjavik!!!
