The lobby manager was super thoughtful and helpful. Before I arrived at the hotel, he called to confirm if everything was okay with my journey. And because I was planning to visit Vaishno Devi Temple, one location to pick up registration card is just near them hotel, he even asked the stuff to send me there and take me to the starting point of trekking. Also when I asked for laundry, they gave up my clothes much quicker Then other hotels! The manager was taking care of everything for me. Thanks to him, my stay and visit to temple was perfect.

His exceptional customer service truly made a difference in our stay. The room has a good mountain view that was very refreshing every morning. The room was well maintained and equipped with all the necessities. The room service was prompt and efficient and the food served was delicious it had both varieties and quality. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Additionally the hotel provides taxi services which makes it more convenient for the guests to travel around. Overall, I had a great experience staying here and would highly recommend anyone visiting Katra for pilgrimage or just to explore the area then you can definitely stay here with your family or friends.
