The stay was amazing! The room was very clean with superb Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Breakfast was delicious, the staff spoke great English and were very helpful, and the local is ideal. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay, thank you!

Just a short walk from the Pardesi Synagogue and the quaint Jew Town Market, this was a surprise find. Beautiful new hotel , with very clean rooms, modern amenities. We were anxious prior to reaching the place , but as soon as you get to the front of the property you realise this is definitely a really nice hotel. you can literally walk to the ginger house restaurant, with an amazing menu and views, but most other attractions are just a short drive away. The rooms: We opted for the premium delux rooms, these were large rooms, with really tall ceilings, wall to wall tile decor, modern touch sensors and touch buttons. Lovely bathroom and toilet ( separate to the bathroom ) Well stocked with bathrobes, towels , sandals. The beds were something else! the entire bed had massage and other features, you could use the recliner function . You could activate the heating. A/C was good and cooled the room down really quick. The wall to wall tiles helps keep the room really cool even when its really hot outside. The team: Nazim and team were really sweet and helpful. They had a problem with their card machine , didnt' stop us from checking in. Got us checked in within minutes as we were really late ( almost midnight ) and told us we can sort the issue out next day. very helpful and made the stay really pleasant.

Without blinking an eye, it is the staff that makes the stay expectational. They have been caring and up to looking at your comfort. The hotel is well kept and clean. The rooms have good vibes. The selection of upholstery and furniture makes the room warm and cozy. Breakfast served was hot and delicious. The location of the hotel is very good.

Renjith and team were amazing during our entire stay, as they would go above and beyond to ensure every single need is taken care of, and they would never say no :) They were all extremely nice and helpful, especially in taking care of my mother-in-law's needs since she is wheelchair-bound. We would definitely return to the Postcard in Kochi again!
