April 2024. Beautiful location. Exceptionally clean. Stylish conversion. Every comfort provided - well equipped kitchen, comfortable seating and beds, central heating plus solid fuel burners. Information provided on how everything worked. One small issue arose which was dealt with by the owner immediately. Lots of parking. Stayed in many UK and Eire self catering properties over the years. Definitely in top three.

Nice place. This is a private house located in driving distance from the nearest town. Hosts are very welcoming. We arrived at night and were granted a wide room with bathroom access. Breakfast was offered in the morning as well as beverages upon arrival. Parking slot is available for free. Good choice to stay here.

Great location nice and peaceful my grandson loved thst he could fish right outside the front of the house and we enjoyed sitting there looking at the water and the ducks. Every day weather was beautiful when we stayed

Because it was my 1st wedding anniversary, and I asked for a room looking over the Shannon, Nicole upgraded our room to the Bridal Suite, it was extremely nice of her and the Hotel. It just thingsike that, that makes a big difference, it was exceptional!! Thank you!

Lovely staff, room, well appointed. As it's an old classic hotel it has some narrow hallways and other charming features. The dining room is fresh and bright. Hot breakfast choices were varied, along with fresh fruit salad, kiwis, scones. Etc

Highly recommended. Stayed in a 3 bed appartment. Loved the balcony, kitchen well equipped and dishwasher was useful. Decoration was lovely. Bedrooms good quality bedding comfortable beds. Great location, ensuite and main bathroom very clean and the toiletaries a lovely surprise. Staff friendly and professional. Checking in and out quick and easy. Door key cards provided for each guest. Cafe next door does a lovely breakfast.

    We were there for a Christmas family gathering.

    We were there for a Christmas family gathering. There was lots to do. Lough Key Forest Park being one of the main attractions. Also there are other swimming locations nearby. Boyle is a lovely town with lots to do both in the town and in the immediate area.

    Boyle is a suitable location for exploring Leitrim or...

    Boyle is a suitable location for exploring Leitrim or Roscommon and is ideal for anyone participating tin the Carrick on Shannon Camino. It's about 15 minutes from Carrick. The King's House which I didn't have time to visit, has historical links to the owners of Mitchelstown Castle ,The Earls of Kingston which was the largest Castle to be destroyed during the period of the War of Independence. There are many historical places of interest in the locality such as Strokestown House and Lough Key Forest Park. Thoroughly recommended as a touring base.

    For a two day stay in Boyle without a car - there's plenty...

    For a two day stay in Boyle without a car - there's plenty to see and do. The King House and the Abbey are within easy walking distance and Lough Key Forest Park is 3km pleasant walk from town. Boyle is an historic, friendly, and pretty town worth visiting. Had great dinners in Lovage and New Taichi Court, and a gorgeous pint in An Croabhín. King House Tea rooms have a good menu and great coffee.

    We received a very friendly welcome from the owners! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and also is bigger than it looks on photos! Got a free drink the bar and also we were given a free lift to our new year eves party In Boyle ! The locals in the pub were all very welcoming and friendly! It’s a good location if you want to explore more of the west of Ireland , a lot of nice charming towns surrounding the location

    Location excellent….. quiet but close to Boyle. We were checked in by Gerry who offered us tea/ coffee on arrival. Room large, we had 3 beds, & comfortable. En suite spotless. Great view of fabulous garden from room. Breakfast good with lots of tea/ coffee refills. Brenda great friendly hostess. Young girl in breakfast room (Sligo uni student, we didn’t get her name!!), great with local info.

    Margaret keeps a lovely house and looks after her guests. The room was quiet enabling a good night sleep, in such a positive way. Only 10 mins from Boyle centre. I would definitely recommend this accommodation as it’s reasonably priced whilst not compromising on quality
