The hosts were very welcoming. It was a very friendly household. The roads surrounding the property were quiet and beautiful, perfect for early morning walks, which I did. The view from my breakfast table, as the sun was coming up, was stunning.

It’s so peaceful and calming, right on the lake. Micheal the owner checked on us now and then as we were 5 females aged 16-65 on our own we really appreciated that !Lovely kind man! It was large, clean and really well equiped. We were met by Hazel , she was so sweet and had the cottage heated and welcoming, even a nice welcome cake.

Our stay at KC was a perfect one. Our room was spacious enough for our toddler to explore, with the big bed to jump in during the night, although Mr Little was provided with his own baby cot. Large bathroom with both shower and a bathtub to relax after a long day. Beautiful surroundings with couple of forest / lake trails and big lawns to squeeze out the baby energy before bed. Delicious breakfast and different options for dinner. After pre dinner drinks at the Dungeon bar we choose the casual dining in the Palm court (fantastic starters!!). The staff was welcoming and kind, and they indulged all of our questions and needs (luke warm milk as a night cap for the little :)

Location was perfect for our stay. Staff in all areas of the hotel were exceptional. Fresh cooked breakfast from your choice on the menu. Fabulous power shower in the room. Couldn't fault a thing.

Highly recommended. Stayed in a 3 bed appartment. Loved the balcony, kitchen well equipped and dishwasher was useful. Decoration was lovely. Bedrooms good quality bedding comfortable beds. Great location, ensuite and main bathroom very clean and the toiletaries a lovely surprise. Staff friendly and professional. Checking in and out quick and easy. Door key cards provided for each guest. Cafe next door does a lovely breakfast.

Because it was my 1st wedding anniversary, and I asked for a room looking over the Shannon, Nicole upgraded our room to the Bridal Suite, it was extremely nice of her and the Hotel. It just thingsike that, that makes a big difference, it was exceptional!! Thank you!
