Great location, lovely room and fantastic food. We had a 6 month old with us who was being very fussy at dinner, the staff were so accommodating and gave us a private area away from other guests to spare our embarrassment and give us privacy to feed him. The hotel was extremely family friendly.

We spent one night at this B&B. Looks like a hotel, though, best placed with a direct view to the Cliffs of Moher. Unforgettable view directly out of the room window! The rooms are really big and comfy, newly furnished and well equipped. It is just a 2 minutes drive out of Doolin, directly on the main road. Mark is such a friendly and helpful host - he even filmed the sunrise gönne with a personal good morning message, just in case I would miss dawn. Breakfast was nice. We had a really great time. Thank you

    Little town with great ability to travel around. Near Cliffs of Moher and Doolin. There is square in the middle of the town. There are also church and stores. Check The Burren Smoked House, if you like salmon. There is also spa.

    To be in Lisdoonvarna during the matchmaking festival is a...

    To be in Lisdoonvarna during the matchmaking festival is a bit special. Whilst we were at the beginning of the festival and it was relatively quiet, the music and dancing were great to watch. Lots of people having a great time. The style of dancing so typically Irish (not Irish dancing ala River Dance) and the music a mix of traditional Irish folk and Irish country and western. It was great fun watching and we had a brilliant time. Go if you can! In the words of Brendan Shine - Catch me if you can, me name is Dan and I’m your man!

    I was planning to travel to the Aran Island, but the winds...

    I was planning to travel to the Aran Island, but the winds were high and I get seasick. Instead I stayed in the area and explored the Burren Geopark. I would have like another 1-2 days to explore all of it. The Burren Visitor's Center in Kilfenora is excellent. Really enjoyed exploring.

    We would have stayed in Doolin if we would have known there...

    We would have stayed in Doolin if we would have known there wasn’t traditional music as advertised at our hotel. It was the whole reason we stayed there and the music was in Doolin, not Lisdoonvarna. The tourist economy is extremely competitive. Tourists want to see quaint and experience attractions in the short time they are traveling through a community. It’s expensive for a city to provide those kinds of things that demanding travelers want. Perhaps a regional travel organization can increase collaboration among communities to set the stage for regional success, not just success for Doolin.

    Did not explore Lisdoonvarna itself too much but it would have been worth a day or two, just too much other stuff pre-planned. Was a great base to the Burren, Doolin, Cliffs of Mohr, Aran islands ferry.

    Live music at the Ritz, however all the large hotels were shut to the public as they were being used to house refugees. Absolutely no problem with that use but they surly could allow the public access to the restaurants coffee shops etc as without this there were only limited facility in the town.

    Fantastic self-catering property in the central of Lisdoonvarna, opposite of the pub, where you can have great foods. It was great for our 12 persons family, as we could rent 3 lovely, clean, spacious, and bright houses. Well equipped with everything you need. Great location to explore the cliff of Moher, Burren area, and surrounding areas. Fantastic and quick communication from host Aileen, who was very helpful. Easy self check-in. Would return to stay here again.

    Atlantic Way is a Bed & Breakfast located outside of Lisdoonvarna. It has ample parking and our host John made us feel very welcome. He provided excellent advice to catch the local shuttle bus provided by the local authorities which included free round trip travel and entry to the Cliffs of Moher saving over €30.00. The room was a reasonable size as was the ensuite. Breakfast was very nice and set us on our way after an enjoyable stay.

    Lovely hosts and staff, great restaurant and a dog friendly hotel. Rooms are super clean, cozy and family environment. Location is great, 15 min’ drive from fabulous cliffs of Moher. We used the laundry services and we needed the clothes to be ready super quick. The staff did everything to help us and get the clothes clean on time. Super recommend.
