Awesome little surfy town with an amazing beach.

Awesome little surfy town with an amazing beach. Lots of great shopping and food experiences. Lovely friendly locals who are happy to help. We loved looking through the surf shops and getting to learn more about the culture. We're all the way from Australia and it was our fav spot in Ireland!

    We really enjoyed Lahinch.

We really enjoyed Lahinch. It is a great little town with plenty of places to eat and drink. We had an excellent meal in Vaughans on the pier and found our way to Hugos bakery every morning. It has a great beach and is an excellent gateway to the Burren. The boat ride from Doolin under the Cliffs of Moher was superb and a coffee in the Moher Cottage cafe on the ay back to Lahinch rounded it off really well.

Beachside paved promenade along golden, sandy, flat beach, cafes, restaurants and bars (like Danny Macs which morphs from food to beer and both as night comes), lifeguard on part of beach, plenty of accommodation, golf course and pitch & put, a walkable town. Beautiful in the sun, interesting on windy, wet days.

Lahinch is a lovely town to visit in Co Clare.

Lahinch is a lovely town to visit in Co Clare. Lahinch beach has a long prom which is great to walk along if you don't want to walk along the beach itself i.e. baby buggy/wheelchair users. The beach itself is lovely & clean i.e. we did not see any rubbish etc. at all. The main street has plenty of options when it comes to eating out or takeaway & any restaurant staff we met were very friendly.

Hotel was fabulous, we eat in a couple of places in Lahinch including the hotel and the food was good. The beech and boardwalk were one of the main highlights for my us. Lahinch and the hotel is an excellent choice for family's, friends, Golfers or surfers. It caters for everyone. ,

    Great little beach town.

Great little beach town. Highly recommend staying here and doing the Cliff's of Moher walk from Doolin with Pat. We got here on May 31 and you can tell the town was just waking up from the offseason. Not sure I would do in the winter but great for summertime.

The place had some scrumptious dishes for breakfast and dinner! At dinner, we were invited to have our meal at the bar, which is very nicely decorated. Ideal for enjoying a nice beer, whiskey, or dessert in the evening, this is a very quiet and relaxing place. On top of that, the hotel has very ample and very comfortable rooms. The hotel is located at an ideal spot that allows you to be close to the beach and the town, like a 5-minute walk. Also, the staff was super friendly and accommodating

Apartment suite was well set up for a family with children on a break away. Rooms were very comfortable & clean. Easy access to the hotel. Very central in the town. The Aberdeen Bar & Restaurant was ideal for evening meals - good selection on the menu and excellent quality food & not too expensive.

It was a great cottage in an easy location to find and simple walk to downtown Lahinch. The owner was easy to contact. We loved all the space for our family of four. It was super clean and the shower worked great! Everyone slept comfortably. We felt like it was such a great value.
