My room was over the bar, so it was a bit loud but I enjoyed the merriment of the bar customers and staff. The room was small but cozy. The staff were wonderful and the morning breakfast was great. The owners were so helpful and had wonderful recommendations on places to visit around and near Glin. There's a small museum with information on the Knights of Glin and Glin Castle. During my stay, I took a bus to Ballybunion Beach for lunch and a nice walk on the beach and along the cliffs.Guest review byTheresaUnited States

Not sure if it is where you would take a romantic break but I would stop there again. Breakfast was continental style which after all the full Irish breakfasts I have eaten was a nice change. It was wonderful the host shared stories of the town of glin. The pub has been in the family for five generations. The patrons were awesome friendly .
