The peacefulness and serenity. Very traditional Bali which is a breath of fresh air away from the hustle and bustle of central main areas. Would only recommend as a stay if you're looking for a quiet relaxing vacation. Very easy to get around if you hire a scooter otherwise you walk every where. There are a few restaurants and warungs on the beach side and up the road but nothing 5 star. Some classier spots about 10 minutes away from the main surf beach.Guest review byRussAustralia - 8.0

We stayed at Villa Taman di Blayu for 5 nights, for us it was a retreat to sit and chill. For this it was perfect.....after travelling through some pretty hectic traffic to get there. From the Villa there was no traffic noise, it overlooks rice fields and has lovely grounds garden / pool / ponds that surround the restaurant. I can't generalize the whole area because it's really big. There are some nice views and, surely, there are many places to visit. The beaches in this area not very good.
The beaches in this area not very good. To travel to any tourist land mark takes minimum 30 minutes buy scooter. Grab and Gojek not available in this area. So need to definitely rent a scooter. I booked 13 days stayed 10 and left. Yhe shower had a water saver shower head, took a really long time to actually get wet using it. Ended up removing shower head and showering under open hole. Food was terrible at resort. Was sick first 4 days then started eating at other areas. There is honestly nothing of interest near this location. Internet had problems with wifi modem everyday, lucky to get 30 minutes use each day. Laundry was cheap. Local food cheap. But everything else was just badGuest review byLionel MossAustralia

You can always enjoy the sound of the nearby river and waterfall, plus amazing service and cooking (the food is delicious!). Leaning back to enjoy the sun next to the pool is also always an option. The entire hotel area is clean and well kept. It's actually even nicer than in the pictures, which surprised us.
