Room was so lovely and spacious! Bed was super comfy and the shower was hot! Staff super friendly. Also the room service was delicious! We had a really early flight and they helped organise a taxi and also gave us fruit and toast for the journey!

The staff were exceptional with their service and care in accommodating our large family group of 10 people; 2 children, 2 teachers, 4 adults and a senior citizen. Three generations of our family travelling to return to our ancestral home of Sulawesi. They also helped organise our day tour to Bunaken, and all airport transfers.

One of the better hotels in manado. We had very pleasant stay. Staff very helpful and kind, especially front desk and restaurant ❤️ Would we come back? Definitely yes. Well worth money spent.
