A beautiful new house, beautifully and stylish furnished. Complete privacy. Perfect terrace and pool. We were very satisfied with the accommodation, facilities and location. It is possible to walk to the beach or drive a short distance to half-empty natural beaches. The owners were very kind and accommodating. We had no problem during the entire stay.

Very chic hotel, located in a quiet area, close to the centre of this small town. There was free parking in front of the hotel (just needed to tell the receptionist that we have a car and they gave us a sign to put in our car so that we didn’t have to pay for the parking). We enjoyed the swimming pool and the sauna a lot, the entire vibe of the hotel and the town actually.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great, in the center of Fažana. Breakfast was well taken care of. The staff is very vigilant and fills food constantly, so it does not run out. You get also free joice, coffe, and prepared eggs per order.

The staff are extremely friendly, polite and also good fun. Love the breakfast, so much on offer I couldn't try everything. The hotel owners also make wine, which is served at the hotel, pleasantly surprised as I've never tried Croatian wine before. The food is excellent in the restaurant, the octopus salad is a must, the ceviche incredible with home made bread served at wach meal. Wonderful service too. The secure underground parking was a huge bonus, even for a large SUV with a roof box, plenty of space. The room we had was big enough for the 3 of us, lovely comfortable beds and a partial sea view. The hotel is brand new and in a peaceful location on the sea front, a short drive away from Pula town centre if you want to enjoy a vibrant town centre. There is a local boat hire facility a short walk across the bridge into the Marina where there is also a restaurant and bar. A boat tour is a must, even for a few hours (negotiate on price) . Ask for Ivo, very friendly young man and capable skipper.

    Beautiful apartment with everything that one needs. There are few shops, a pizzeria and a bakery close by. Well equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Large shower cabin in the bathroom. The garden is nice, well mentained and it has a BBQ area. The beach in the village is a pretty standard Croatian beach and I recommend going by car. Rovije and Pula are close and worth visiting.

    Kristina and her family were very kind, the room was clean with all the things we needed. In front of the house we parked our car. The beach was a 3 minute walk away. I recommend this apartment to all people who want to rest, go to the beach and have visited Peroj, Rovinj and Pula.

    The children enjoyed the pool the most. The balcony was spacious. In Peroj there are nice beaches with clear water, you can go to them by car and parking is free. Restaurants and a promenade are in nearby Fažana. The owner has very precisely processed information about the stay.

    Very nice owners, very nice, descreet and comfortable place to stay at. Close to beach. You can ride a bike (that you can also hire from the owners) along the beach up to Fažana and enjoy any place (beach or bar) on the way. Ideal, if you don´t like crowded places :)
