My friends and I loved this hotel! The first thing we noticed was the nice smell there is everywhere in this hotel - even the towels smell good! We had a triple room and we all had a comfortable single bed (no sofa beds like some other hotels). We appreciated the fact that we could not hear other guests from our room. The staff were very helpful and even provided one of us with gluten free bread and dairy free milk. The breakfast is really good and varied. Something else we noticed was that there were some toys which children could make use of during breakfast. The property also has free parking in front of the hotel.

As a guest of the Grand Hotel Zagreb, I must express my absolute delight with my stay. The hotel is a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and professionalism. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to fulfill any request with a smile. The restaurant exceeded my expectations with its offerings – every dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The wellness area was the icing on the cake, a perfect place to relax and unwind. And with the hotel’s excellent location, everything I needed was just a short walk away. The Grand Hotel Zagreb impressed me with its atmosphere, exceptional service, and attention to detail. I would not hesitate to return and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone.
