Great location, inside the shopping mall, and just a few min walk to cable car station , bus stop, and MRT terminal. The room was so amazing, with hot spa inside and a smart toilet seat. The breakfast buffet has a variety of choices and delicious. Love the dim sum. Staff are friendly and polite.

We stayed at Disney Explorers Lodge for 2 nights—our first time at a Disneyland hotel—and it was exactly what we expected from the Disney experience: fun, a bit chaotic, and full of energy. The hotel itself is themed beautifully, with lots of charming details, and it’s perfect if you want to be close to the park. The complimentary shuttle made getting to the gates easy and quick. We mainly booked the character breakfast for the photo opportunities, and it delivered! Just keep in mind, the atmosphere is lively, loud, and not particularly relaxing—more about fun than calm. That said, the variety of food was impressive, and even after two days, we hadn't tried everything. The room cleaning was excellent and done discreetly, which we appreciated. If you're planning to spend your days in the park and want that full Disney immersion (plus guaranteed character photos), this is absolutely the right hotel. Three days felt like the perfect amount of time.

Everything was awesome. From the expeditious checking in, friendly and very reliable staff. We couldn't have asked for more. Only unfortunate thing was when towards the end of our stay, we finally managed to find the local market at Tuen Mun where we spent the whole day just enjoying the local delicacies and shopping. Overall - Thannk you Pentahotel and Tuen Mun for a great experience for my family of 6 and I. Sota Tale which in Fijian means: Till next time 🫰🏾
