Stoupa is beautiful and has a nice sandy beach. Unfortunately the sunbeds are very close together, making it feel quite crowded. There are some other beautiful beaches not too far away, but they are all pebble beaches so you really need beach shoes to walk on them! The waters are crystal clear, great for swimming and snorkelling. You can rent a peddalo with a slide....great fun! or a kayak or even a little speedboat to explore the coast. Best to have a car to get around as the busses are far and few between. A good selection of restaurants to choose from and there are some nice little shops along the sea front. The hosts and staff were very helpful from the moment we booked our room until our departure. The location is perfect, being a short walk to the beach or the supermarket. The cycle/walking path to Agios Nikonas is also only a few minutes away. Our room was spacious, well equipped, clean and had a great balcony view. Our departure flight was later in the day and Maria let us use the room until late afternoon. The complex is very quiet, has a decent sized pool area, good parking, good WiFi and all the amenities you expect to find within the apartment. It’s located a few minutes from the Stoupa beach and restaurant area and super close to a super market, pharmacy, etc. It offers privacy and quiet and the staff was great too.
