First of all, this is an exceptional place in every possible way. Hotel, and the it's surrounding is one of the most beautiful things you will experience. There are lush green gardens,smell of pine, flowers, amazing pool, staff that is smiling, and always at your service, breathtaking view, peace and quiet, so needed to recharge your batteries😇 Still you feel that homely atmosphere, which only comes with perfect service, and that one (unseen) extra step that every person in this hotel strives to do.. Yanni takes unbelievable care of his guests, and he should be prazed for all the genuine effort.. To be honest this is one of those hotels you dont want to ever leave from.Breakfast has many varieties and choices, I have tasted pastrie that is like heaven on earth😇🌎 I am taking the tastes, smells of pine, olive and Kelyfos sea view with me like a loveliest memory, and still hope there will be an opportunity to come back as soon as possible.. Few facts, room was cleaned every day, we had more than plenty of towells changed regularly, there was a small iron, mini dolce gusto cofee maker😍💋 etc. I advise everyone to come for this taste of Greece, and I wish everyone at wonderfull Kelyfos all the best🌹❤️Efcharistó agapitoí fíloi, hopefully i wrote it correctly💐 All the best in the future! Harris and his mother were incredibly hospitable, their warmth and friendliness made our stay even more special. The property’s central location and cleanliness were also excellent.     After spending 10 days I am sure about I will never go back to Neos Marmaras. Very noisy and crowded beaches, a lot of people during the night shopping. We went to Platanitsi Wild Beach on daily basis (50km from Neos Marmaras) to avoid this nightmare.

    The town is not too big, but big enough to have all you need...

    The town is not too big, but big enough to have all you need. At night there is a lot of people on the streets. There are more than enough fine places to eat and to buy stuff. The streets are at an incline and parking can be a challenge sometime especially when there are many visitors from other places. You can't always expect to park within 50m from you apartment, but it's not too bad. The city beach is wonderful, clean coast, clean water, plenty of space. Lagomandra beach is about 7min driving to the north (back to Nikiti) and is a very popular place for a good reason. Book a cruise with one of the local sailing ships, it's worth it.

    An excellent host who provided lots of information about the village and local area. The apartment was ideally situated and only minutes from the centre of Neos Marmaris. Would recommend to anyone visiting.

    Lovely beach (after the harbour), recommend a full tour with Stratos Train to have a full view. Various options for lunch and dinner, good food at a fair prices. Nearby is an olive plantation where we tasted a great olive oil, price was only 12 Euro / l.

    Neos Marmaras is small town in the hills so you have to be carefull when you choose location of your accomodation because some streets are very steep. On the way from Neos Marmaras to Nikiti you have several nice beaches, everything is very close to eachother. In Neos Marmaras you have enough shops and reastaurants and cafes.

    I was pleasantly surprised that the beaches we visited were not crowded at all, including those very close to Neos Marmaras itself. However, the most exciting and memorable part of our stay was a one-day boat rental. We drove to Vourvourou (ca. 30 km from Neos Marmaras) to start the boat trip. We booked the boat a day earlier by phone, but we realized later that there were several places that offered very similar vehicles (supposedly) for similar price.

    The hotel was very good in a very central place, everything was a max. 5 minute walk from it. The room was very nice, bigger than expected and very clean (we also had a large balcony)! The owners were very friendly and helpful and always there if needed anything. There are enough parking options nearby, so it was always easy to find something. A very good find in Neos Marmaras!

    A beautiful view from the apartment in a quiet seafront of Neos Marmaras. The apartment had everything we needed, comfortable and well-located. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they made our stay an absolute pleasure. There's a little beach with crystal clear water right across the hotel. Highly recommend this place!

    The property still smells like new. Clean and comfortable. It was cleaned every day and change of towels on second day. Quiet and nice. Even if that is on a hill, the center is near. The beach is a bit away but that is the case with every property in Neos Marmaras since the beach is on the side of the village.
