We have spent a night at Hotel Philippos in Livadia on our way to Crete... we arrived late at night after an exhausting road trip, where the night auditor welcomed us on a very friendly and professional way explainining with every detail, what we needed to know about our stay!! We were upgraded to a superior room overlooking the pool and the beautiful surroundings. The bed was very confortable maybe the best we had in years!! Buffet breakfast was served the following morning, which we found very delicious. But the most wonderful thing about the hotel was its people !!Very gentle, polite and friendly, made us feel like home, even if it was for a night.. Many thanks to all of you and especially to Teti, Nikos and Sakis.. We will be back!! Vasiliki and Axel

Atmosphere at the hotel and the town was perfect. We traveled to thermophylae and the hotel arranged the transportation for us. The taxi driber and hotel concierge was very very kind to us. We jad such a lobely time at Livadia.
