Lots to do and see , beaches are lovely . Dafnis taverna my favourite . The staff are so kind and friendly . They remember you from past trips . Traditional Greek foods . Vintage steak house great family run restaurant . The iguana bar is so nice and nice bar meals in the day . Zante town is a must in the harbour . Bliss hsirdressers is a good place to try hair and nails . Locals are very welcoming . Cave bar is a good photo opportunity. Garden village apartments are beautiful . As someone with gluten and lactose intolerances, I was pleasantly surprised by the number of options available. I had the best swordfish grill at Sizzle N' Grill - picture attached - highly recommend them! The owner and whole team were lovely, hospitable, flexible with my diet, and always happy to help. Parthenon and Ambrosia also offered great food with plenty of choices for both pescatarians and meat lovers. Everything was perfect: - fixed location in Kalamaki 10 minutes from laganas, for the famous sights you have to rent a car, you can't do otherwise in Zante - very friendly staff, all questions or problems were solved quickly. - Tasty food, local drink, both at discretion. As much as they tried to be of everything and not repeat. - Large pool, chlorinated water. - room with everything you need. - parking. - Kalamaki beach right next door, 5 minutes. Breakfast was rather ok, but too much the same. During our entire stay, it was always the same food. They could not prepare an egg sunny side up. Service was not so good. To get a coffee, it was a disaster. They should have 2 coffee machines. Too long waiting times to get a simple coffee! The TV on the room was too small.
