I found it clean and organized. The staff was very attentive. My friend had a health issue, and they were kind in helping us. They also fulfilled our request for an early breakfast. It is a nice place to stay, with a wonderful view.

The staff was very frinedly, cleanless of the room and hotel area. We were traveling with small dog, welcome package was prepared for her in the room and she could also stay with us in the beach. The room was specious with comfortable beds, beautiful view. We really enjoyed our stay and definetely will be back.

Perfect central location, staff so friendly and helpful and had prepared a whole list of restaurant and beach recommendations to avoid you falling into tourist traps on the main strip. They also let us do late check out to accommodate a 10pm flight back. Faultless!

First of all very responsive and professional staff, amazing food and great Animators. It was a wonderful stay, totally worth the value. Our room was upgraded to highest floor by request, balcony is spacious with amazing frontside sea view. 30 min away with taxi from Airport, busstop is 2 min away from the hotel. You can reach Rhodes city center or Faliraki in 25-30 min for 2,5 Euro. There is a huge Waterpark 5 min away from the Hotel but still far enough not to bother hotel guests. 24h Supermarket in the hotel and great Spa and Massage center. Huge swimming pool and clean beach with enough sun loungers. Great for both singles and families.

    Very cozy, hospitable and comfortable city. I felt like home. Delicious food in all restaurants and affordable prices. Lots of shops and grocery stores and souvenir shops. Everything is within walking distance. And if you need to go somewhere further - excellent and inexpensive public transport.

    Fakiraki town itself is not very pretty and quite jarring but the bays and beaches nearby are stunning. Top restaurant to eat at was Eteon in Falkraki main street - wonderful authentic food and service!

    Everyone here is so friendly, everyone knows everyone and they always say hello. I stayed for 4 days (2 travel, 2 full) and definitely could have done with 1 more day as there is a strong bus system going into bigger towns which I didn’t get to explore. The food here tastes like it’s from another planet….so good! Something to note: most businesses in Faliraki are not open until the week after Easter and will likely close again around September, if you visit outside of the summer period most businesses will be either boarded up or having construction work done to prepare for the summer.

    The staff was very nice, restaurant food delicious(compliments to the chef), pancakes (yum), policies clear, nice selection of drinks in the minibar, the room was clean, the sea view was nice, swimming pools, water slide for the kids, super close to the sea, spacious room, evening music program, kids friendly. The only place for improvement - 1 big size bed instead of 2 separate put together.

    Faliraki is great for younger 18-30 type visitors in my opinion but I don't think its the best place on the island for a family with small kids (although some parents might like it much more depending on taste). Its got a vibrant nightlife in the main area with several bars playing loud (like nightclub volume) music out into the street, I would have loved it years ago pre kids but not so much now. What I liked about it was that the accents I heard in the town in the evening were international, not just British like say San Antonio in Ibiza. Theres the usual scooters flying around driven by inexperienced teenage tourists without helmets (a lot of them), and the pavements can be thin or non existent in places, so as a parent you want to keep your small children very close. The beach is nice, sandy but narrow and so gets pretty crowded. I would not hesitate to recommend it to younger singles, but to those with small kids I would generally say there are better places on the island.

    Very comfortable hotel, both in terms of the room and the services, with attentive, friendly staff. There is no commotion anywhere, you are shown to your table at breakfast. Spacious spaces. If someone is looking for a calm, quiet holiday resort, I can't imagine anything better. However, it is easy to break out of this tranquility, because the center of Faliraki is about 4 km away, Rhodes Town is 12 km away.

    We loved the pool, the friendly helpful staff and great breakfast each morning. The location of the hotel is ideal, 20 mins walk to Faliraki bar street or 4 min by car. The beach nearby is beautiful, all sand, 3 mins by car. The Waterpark is only 5 mins away by car, a fabulous day out, we would highly recommend.

    The location of the hotel is good, around 12 mins walk to Faliraki beach, shops are nearby. Niko (the host) is very responsive and friendly, tries to help with any issues. The AC works. Breakfast is simple, but still ok.
