    Peaceful and quiet area, proper for a recharging holiday together with your family. The view is fantastic - lovely sea in front of your eyes and mountains in the back. Long beach with clear water and fine sands. Nice restaurants with amazing seafood, traditional dishes and delicious deserts.

    Very nice beach located in a nice area.

    Very nice beach located in a nice area. Easy access from the main road. Many hotels and especially private accommodation facilities, lots of restaurants / beach bars. Beach really suitable for water sports (stand up paddle, water bicycle, etc).

    Great place to travel to with family, not so great for...

    Great place to travel to with family, not so great for partying. Tons of choices for quads and bikes, but not allowed to take them off-road. Tons of good places to eat at, though there are some that are trying to look good, but the food is horrible, rather than blindly trusting reviews take a look at the food served before committing.

    We had an awesome stay at George hotel. Nice and clean rooms (they were cleaned every day) a free space to chill in the garden, coffee, tea inside the room, the beach is very close, 3 min walking. The owners were very welcoming, friendly, understanding and helpful. Thank you for the hospitality. Good memories related to that stay, wedding anniversary and also a job interview, very good internet connection by the way. Thasos is a very beautiful island and I would recommend to stay in George hotel.

    Everything was great, the hotel is new with all amenities. Eleni is a wonderful person and manager, we loved the fact that the hotel is located in a peaceful, nature protected sanctuar for turtles in spring. We even received a complimentary breakfast for the kids even if we did not opt for one. There are plenty of great greek tavernas around, Eleni has recommended the best! Thank you, Eleni!

    I liked the comfortable mattresses and pillows, the daily room cleaning, the parking space inside the hotel yard, the kindness of the staff, the well-equipped kitchen with stove, oven and all the basics needed to prepare breakfast, and the fact that they love children and even have a very well-maintained playground in the yard
