The house is situated on a hill in a really calm and natural environment in a small settlement. Excellent views and great garden. A lot of hang out equipment like table tennis, hammocks, dart, volley ball - great for Families / kids. Very lovely host and Kind welcome. Simple kitchen and bathroom, but everything you essentially need is available. Could also be great for a long term stay - excellent price / value ratio :-) Nice old fortress and hiking trails in the surrounding area nearby and a great restaurant with outdoor dining area in the neighborhood .

Location 10/10 - the food was one of the best we had in our 3 weeks trip in Georgia . The staff was very friendly, the wine was excellent Loved this place and you can easily stay there 2-3 nights for an entire Kakheti journey

Comfortable, clean room. Lobby is large and is a super place to relax and read in the evenings. The hotel is in a great location in the old town and very close to the excellent Kapiloni restaurant. Sosa owns the hotel and is helpful and friendly.

The breakfasts were tasty, the bed is very comfortable, we even managed to swim in the pool before the season closed :) Your hotel is a real miracle in Telavi. This was my third time staying in this hotel, I was there by myself once in 2019, later that year I returned with my cousin, and in 2023 I came with my partner. The hotel remains in top shape, well-maintained and meticulously clean. The shower has the best water pressure ever! The reception team went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They've upgraded us to the executive room free of charge which was a very pleasant surprise! We spent a nice romantic evening in the hotel's swimming pool and spa and later enjoyed dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Telavi now offers a lot of creative stays, however I personally would always choose Telavi's Holiday inn for the amazing team that runs it!
