This was our third time staying at this wonderful hotel in Borjomi, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. We had a wonderful time at this hotel – we absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially with our child. They truly went above and beyond, always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. We’ve been traveling around Georgia for a week, and this has definitely been the best hotel we’ve stayed at. Also, the breakfast was the best of the whole trip – delicious, varied, and made with quality ingredients. The facilities are exceptional: everything is clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet – perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. This was my second time in Borjomi and my second stay here. I love this hotel. The staff were amazing. I am an IHG member so got an amazing room with a large balcony with a mountain view and furniture including 2 chaise lounges. The restaurant was excellent for dinner featuring a bit of Georgian and European cuisine. I didn't book with breakfast because I've been on the road for 3 weeks and was sick of breakfast, but there is nowhere outside of the hotel to have breakfast early in the morning so I paid $25 per person for breakfast. By Georgian standards, the breakfast buffet is nice and you can order omelettes. But the day before, I had eggs Benedict with Kamkachka crab in Batumi ($18.00) so I wasn't impressed. I will definitely stay here in my next visit - largely because of the wonderful staff!
