If you are looking for peace and serenity, this is your place. Dunfallandy House is a charming country manor surrounded with small forest and farm fields.. Situated just a short walk from the town center, it provides a peaceful retreat with easy access to local attractions. Hosts go to extraordinary lengths to make you feel at home. Breakfast was great and we are so sorry we weren't able to visit the Lounge bar in the evening

The staff in this hotel were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant had an excellent chef, so we enjoyed some excellent meals and a fabulous breakfast. Pitlochry is a beautiful Highland Perthshire town surrounded by lovely countryside and hills. It's an excellent centre for walking and cycling, while its Festival Theatre has a programme of performances throughout the year. It's a place my family and I have visited many times over the years. We were there at the time of the annual Enchanted Forest event (though didn't attend) - and impressive light and sound show in the middle of a forest, which is particularly great for children.

    A beautiful accessible little town.

A beautiful accessible little town. Fabulous independant shops and restaurants. Pitlochry is gorgeous all year round but particularly in the Autumn. Locals are very welcoming. A wee visit to the gorgeous St Brides RC chapel is recommended. And the Seafood Linguine in the Auld Smiddy is to die for. Thanks to everyone who made our stay special 🧡

Pitlochry is a beautiful town, but now so many visitors you cannot get in any restaurants unless booked in advance and walking on the street is hazardous for anyone with mobility issues as you have to keep trying to avoid people not looking where they are going.

Booked through Hotels.com so got an excellent price. Breakfast were very good, however, unusually the cooked breakfast was not self service like most Hotels these days, but ordered through a waiter. There is a nice new swimming pool installed that I took advantage of as well. The staff especially on reception where very pleasant and welcoming. The Hotel is within a few hundred yards of the main street through Pitlochry, and should we go back to Pitlochry, we would have no hesitation booking this hotel again.

The Pitlochry Hydro Hotel is an excellent place if you are looking for a few days relaxing break as I was. Although the hotel is old, the decor is lovely. The hotel lounge area is very spacious. The rooms are very spacious with plenty of accessories, hairdryer shampoo and luxury soaps. The pool and sauna are a must on your visit. All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The views from the upper floor rooms are breathtaking.
