This is our second stay at the Broadcroft Hotel and we have enjoyed both stays. Breakfast is included in the price and there is a wonderful selection of delicious food, be it a full Scottish or continental breakfast. The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Will definitely be back.

My stay at Woodhead View was excellent! The accommodation is clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. A big thanks to Mr. Stewart for his attentive service. From the pre-check-in guidance on the parking app (Pal Gate) to wait for me according to my arrival time, every detail was well taken care of. The entire check-in and stay process was smooth. We were greeted by Ian and made to feel welcome immediately. Mark was superb in his management skills. Junior was also very helpful with our hot water issue. Both Ian and Mark handled the hot water problem the next morning with efficiency and swiftness. There had been a problem with a drunk female guest one night, but the night staff quickly responded to our phone call and spoke the girl. Mark checked on us the next morning to be sure we were ok with what had happened. ANd we also want to recognize Jack, our waiter, on our first night. Very professional polished young man. We just can't stress enough how great the staff was.

We arrived at the hotel with the price being £65 for two people. We were pleasantly shocked at the quality of the rooms and restaurant. The hotel has a on site Indian. Possibly one of the best Indian restaurants I've been too. It also had another menu for more traditional foods. The rooms were nice, big and spacious. The toilet and wash facilities were big and lovley. I'd happily of paid £100 plus for a night as it's the weekend of a big sporting event.

Everything was very clean, staff were amazing and very helpful. Room was spacious with a nice view. The location was perfect and very close to the hospital I had a shift I had my shift in. Food was delicious and value for money. We will definitely be staying there again. Highly recommended

With the canal running straight through the town there was...

With the canal running straight through the town there was ample opportunity to have a stroll & many cafes, bars etc for the weary traveller. The Park at the bottom end of town was lovely & the war memorials & historic connections Appenine Wall, Romans etc was interesting. The large children's play area was busy & the children seemed to enjoy the facilities. The main street is quite long & the variety of shops was very pleasing with virtually now boarded up premises.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is very quiet, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you might need. The location is excellent – central yet peaceful. We stayed here for a week while attending a family wedding and visiting relatives in Kirkintilloch and Bishopbriggs. One highlight was walking along the canal to Bishopbriggs, which is easily doable and even more enjoyable with a stop at "The Stables" pub along the way. Highly recommended!

Really good cooked to order breakfast, staff really professional and friendly. Hotel is in a great location for Kirkintilloch town centre and you can catch the express bus to Glasgow City Centre or to Lenzie Station just across the road (X87 service). Request for an ironing board and iron to be put in the room for our arrival was met.

Lovely hotel, although it is in need of a bit of TLC. Great bathrooms and bedroom. Lots of parking available on site. Staff at check in and in the dining room were great - very friendly and helpful.
