Spotless. The Owner was a nice Guy.. Very nice inside. Needs a Bit TLC on the Outside but Generally that does not matter. Loads of Shampoo and Teas and Coffees. Highly recommend it in the middle of town with parking..

The place is not far from busy Edinburgh, which is a plus during the festival. I guess it helps to have a car to go to Edinburgh and back, but the train station is not that far either. Just be mindful of the train schedule on Sundays 😬. The flat was clean and spacious, with a large bedroom and all facilities available for a self catering stay. Although we did not use it much (just for tea and coffee), the kitchen was equipped with all necessary in case you want to prepare a quick breakfast or even a meal. Flat has a back garden where the smoking partner could had his occasional fix. Overall, this flat provided everything we needed for a memorable holiday! Highly recommended!

    There was nothing about it that I liked it was filthy even...

    There was nothing about it that I liked it was filthy even the guy that gave us the keys needed a good wash... so disappointed as it was meant to be a few days away with my hubby for his birthday. We lasted 2hrs
