Perfect hotel for an overnight transit. The rooms were sparkling clean, beds very comfortable, and excellent sound proofing— we couldn’t hear the airport or others at all. The breakfast was also great. We loved staying here and appreciate how easy it was to take the bus to and from the airport.

    The location was perfect for the airport with bus stops immediately outside the building. Buses take you right to the entrance of airport. The rooms are a good size for moving around in and every required facility was provided.

    Be aware of arrival and departure times for terminal-hotel-terminal bus services. The advertised "express service" did not turn up at all on 9 October. These early morning services are vital to many air travellers.

    The location was perfect for flying out the next morning.

    The location was perfect for flying out the next morning. We did choose to pay for the shuttle to Terminal 5, rather than haul our luggage on the free train. It's a very nice hotel, the room was small but comfortable for 1 night, and the beds were fine, though a little on the firm side as the English seem to like. We had a very nice Indian dinner at the Urban Brass conveniently located in the hotel lobby. The Indian choices were authentic and delicious, not overly spicy as Indian food goes. I think the Indian choices are better than the English side of the menu, as it is primarily Indian with a very friendly staff from India. I would recommend this hotel.

    The buffet breakfast was ideal for us and in a very quiet and peaceful setting. There were people around to help you to a seat and so the dining room didn't seem too overcrowded. The staff greeted us and that made a difference to our experience for breakfast!! The room was better than expected and we took a walk in the evening despite it being on a busy road. The reception staff helped with information about the shuttle bus to our terminal and it all worked well. We ate in the evening at the pub down the road which was very busy but good value food.

    Location iscideal for our terminal. We booked the airport taxis from the machine in the foyer. Which was easy to use and reliable. Only stayed the 1 night before our early flight the next day. We did not arrive at the hotel until after 22:30 pm.

    We had two rooms booked since March for our stay in...

    We had two rooms booked since March for our stay in September, one of which was specifically a twin room for my two sons (aged 18 and 21). On arrival, after a long and confusing check-in process, we were first told that the hotel could not find our reservation. After around 15 stressful minutes, they eventually located it—only to then inform us that they had no twin rooms available due to an unspecified "issue," which was never properly explained. Instead, they gave my sons a king bed to share. These are two grown men, so it was completely unsuitable. In the end, one of them had to sleep on the floor. This was a shocking and very disappointing start to our holiday, especially after booking so far in advance.

    The hotel has all that you need for a short stay near London. It is well connected with London Heathrow terminals from where one can take a tube or a train to central London. So it is a great alternative to central London hotels with much more spacious rooms, even with a little and fully equipped kitchen!

    A very nice welcome at reception after a long journey to London. A great location for Terminal 5 and surprisingly quiet. Good signposting and instructions on reaching Hotel via the Hub. The reception area very bright and clean and would liked to have had more time to enjoy food choices.

    Convenient location for a morning flight out of London. Rooms are very clean, and space is adequate for an overnight stay . The bus stop to heathrow via public local bus is just outside the hotel, which is very convenient to get to the airport.
