A lovely tranquil location. Everything was perfect and immaculate. A well equipped share kitchen and a comfortable lounge with a cosy fire for cold evenings. The bed was comfortable and the share bathroom was very clean.

We arrived late and past restaurant hours as such however the owner offered us the option of having a "Thai Beef Curry" (it had been "Curry Night") and it was delicious. Room was clean and comfortable, all done to an up-to-date standard. Friendly place. Plenty of parking.

The setting is so authentically historical. Many places to eat, gather , and imbibe. We LOVED THE STAFF. Wow, they all were so professional and couldn’t do enough for us. Especially Delwin, Jude , and Eryl. They are such hard workers.
