This has been the best hotel we have stayed in on this holiday. We were planning to go to the best Western in the middle of Reims *La Paix) but once parking had been added on, it was too expensive. The Golden Tulip is one year old so everything is exceptionally clean, fresh and unmarked. The room we got was a suite. It had a sub-divided section and access to an outside deck (so important for smokers). The parking was free. The breakfast excellent. The woman at the front desk very helpful (I was very low on fuel and I needed a close petrol station which in France, on a sunday, can be tricky to find. WE had had a bad night previously so this place was an enormous relief.

I needed a clean room close to the station to spend the night. The room was indeed clean, the hotel is 1p minutes walk from the train station, the internet speaks was good, free coffee and cookies, the staff was very helpful

Friendly staff on arrival, and he spoke enough English for me to get checked in. The room was clean, a good size and perfect for what I needed (single overnight stay for one). While maybe not a great location if you want to visit Reims proper, it was perfect for me as an overnight on the edge of town while driving to Switzerland.
