    Unique view on the ponds and horses. Comfortable spacious terrace and the apartment itself. Great location for sightseeing Montpellier, Nimes, Avignon and many other places (close to the main roads and highways). Close to shopping malls (Auchan, Lidl). Walking distance from the Pérols city center (bakery, pizzeria). The closest beach is reachable by foot (~2 km). The apartment itself looks exactly as on the pictures and it is very well equipped. The host was very helpful and nice. Marie-Sophie guided and welcome us with the gift. Thank you!

    + Very kind staff. + Big parking. - Old facilities that need urgent renovations. I had mold in my room, in the bathroom and under the window. These were not isolated at all, such that the room had high humidity during the night and the sheets were wet. It was also not clean. - The bathroom had hairs in the sink... the floor was not perfectly clean, the sheets had stains… - The lights of the Hotel sign were blinking all night but that’s a minor issue. Hotel with huge potential if properly managed.

    I have been in Perols for a Sportcompetition at the Expo. I could reach it very easily by train or even by foot. The Beach was close by, but I had no time to go there. The Appartment is situated in a nice neighborhood. The batch was really Clean and the terasse really nice.
