A renovation is needed and banning of smoking in the corridors. The location is not well connected to the city centre so you need to add taxi transportation too in your expenses. It was a disproportionate value for money.

We've had a family trip to Paris with visiting of Disneyland. This place is amazing for a large family (or a few), because of a huge space and lots of bedrooms with super price and great location. You can always find a free place for parking and there are few supermarkets near the house. The host is super nice and always in touch if you have any questions, it was a pleasure to stay here and if we will have another trip to Paris we would be happy to come back. Thank you Laëtitia, we wish all the best to you and your family.

We booked a one night stay here because of the heat in the city and the fact that it had a swimming pool. The hotel is clean and the staff super friendly and nice. The pool was lovely and refreshing as it was super hot outside. The rooms where large and spacious with a fridge, a huge shower and big comfortable beds. With lots of extra pillows available. We had a little walk to go and get some food locally and it was delicious. Would definitely stay here again. It was quiet and had everything we needed.

Only the staff was polite. Rest was worst. Small and smelly rooms. Washroom are smaller than Aeroplane Toilets. Beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast had only Croissant, cake and bread Over all I would recommend Booking.com to take them off from their website. Booking.com is as guilty as this hotel is by selling them on their portal. If you want to be disappointed then do book this hotel and enjoy the worst experience in life

Our host was fantastic and very helpful. She has a good grasp of English and could provide advice and directions about our stay in Paris. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was simple but ample.
