We booked a triple room with a balcony and the room was incredible. The size of the room and balcony was spacious and looked out to a gorgeous green garden. They have thought of everything in the design and amenities. The bathroom has an enormous shower, separate toilet and a bath. The staff were amazing, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Location is right near the cathedral and a short walk down hill to old town.

everything is great—most especially all the staff—they really are amazing which is so wonderful when you in a city you know nothing about!! it’s clean/boutique/as advertised/& there’s work in progress—I look forward to returning to see it all renovated. The nicest and most polite service in the area. We’ve explored Lyon and Burgundy and were overall very dissaponted with the service, this place, at the end of our stay, helped us leave the area feeling a bit better about it! Room is well set up, has all the comforts for a short stay. It is newly furnished and clean. Beds are spacious and comfortable, bathroom is great and the TV is easily accessed by your mobile devices.

    The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Our first given room was very noisy from some machinery next door, however on request we were given a new quieter room. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant. There was only three choices for the mains but it was simple, well cooked and delicious. The room was a good size for a budget hotel and the beds were comfortable. There was a kettle and some tea/coffee available in the room. The building with the rooms in, gave the feeling of a motel, as we were able to park the car just outside.

    Staff were exceptional. A credit to any hotel. I challenge you to find a friendlier amd more welcoming team. Phenomenal amd fotlr that reason alone if I ever find myself in Lyon again I would return.
