Young, buzzy city - feels like a real discovery.
Young, buzzy city - feels like a real discovery. Alvar Aalto Museum is good if you are interested in design with lots of his buildings around too and the lake is a lovely walk/ run. Some nearby attractions too, so you need a car to make the most of this area. Jyvastyla was a great surprise, we visited the Aalto museum, which was excellent. We walk to the University of Jyvaskyla, very impressive and beautiful. We could walk in to the lecture halls, libraries, class rooms. Many restaurants and cafes. I would go back once more to see the city center and galleries.Guest review byRaquelFinland

(I have had bad experiences with other places). I got information texted in English, my friend who was staying a different room and booked separately, got his info in Finnish. Both very correct and got us into the rooms. My room was big (two beds) and I plan to use this option with my partner and dog on our next trip to the city.
